The one piece Designer Series Egress Basement Window Wells are constructed of multi-layered fiberglass mesh and resin for maximum strength with an interior surface that looks like natural Sandstone.

The attractive fiberglass stone finish gives a beautiful appearance when viewed from the inside of your room at a fraction of the cost of a real stone window well.

The one piece construction means no assembly on site, making the Basement Egress Window Well one of the easiest to install.

These wells are available in 54"and 66"widths, 38" depths, and in 46", 60", 72"and 84"heights. A 12" extension is used to make the well 84"high.

 Designer Series Egress Wells have built-in steps for easy escape and a flange to anchor it to the foundation.

These Designer Egress Window Wells meet all IRC code requirements and are designed to work with our Double Hung In-swing Egress Windows or Sliding Egress Windows and matching Designer Series Window Well Cover creating a beautiful basement egress installation.
