Compact Series Window Well

The Compact Series Basement Egress Window Well is just 9.5 square feet in size, making it the smallest egress window well available on the market that meets the IRC code requirement of 9 square feet minimum and 36 inch horizontal projection. The well's interior dimensions are 37 1/2"wide x 36"deep x 60"high. The 60" height can be cut down to any size needed. This well is used when space to install an Egress Well is limited in either width or depth.

The Compact Series Basement Egress Window Well combines the toughness of low-density polyethylene with the rigidity of highdensity polyethylene to create a quality impact resistant Egress Window Well that functions across a wide range of temperatures.

The Compact Basement Egress Well has steps molded into it on all sides for super strength and ease of use. It's available in two colors wicker (light beige) and granite (gray) to blend with your residence.
