Compact Economy Series Egress Window Well

The one piece Compact Economy Series Basement Egress Window Wells are constructed from heavy 18 gauge (.0475") galvanized (90G) corrugated steel, that is painted white on the inside and tan on the outside. It is the smallest Egress Well that meets the IRC Code, and is used when space to install an Egress Well is limited in either width or depth.

These economical wells are available in a 42"width, 36"depth and in two heights; 48", and 60"(inside dimensions). NOTE: Egress Wells that are deeper than 44"require the use of the matching white Economy Series Well Ladder, to meet building code requirements.

These one piece Steel Egress Window Wells have flat, pre-punched flanges that allow easy attachment to the foundation. The one piece construction means no assembly on site, making the Basement Egress Window Well one of the easiest to install. The top has a 3/4"rolled edge for extra strength and safety.
