Garden Step Hinged Egress Well Cover

The Garden Step Hinged Well Cover is designed to fit the Garden Step Window Wells.

These Hinged Egress Well Covers are a heavy duty thermal cover that is sloped for drainage. The Garden Step Egress Window Well Cover fastens to the foundation wall and hinges open like a child's toy box for easy egress and ventilation. They come in two sizes to fit both our 49" and 55" width Garden Step Window Wells.

These Egress Well Covers are made of semi-clear fluted 1/4" thick polycarbonate plastic to allow plenty of light through while keeping people from looking in. The polycarbonate plastic Cover is UV-stabilized to minimize spider webbing and discoloration.

They have a white aluminum frame that supports 44 lbs per square foot meeting most building codes including the IRC 2006 code and can handle a heavy snow load, but must be cleared after each snow to assure ease of use.

This Window Well Cover will keep kids and animals safe while keeping leaves, trash and bad weather out, while also allowing the maximum amount of sunlight in.
